Buyer questions, answered.
Six things every distributor asks before sending an RFQ. If your question isn't here, our contact form goes straight to a human.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Container-load minimums for stock SKUs (typically 80 – 250 units depending on category). For OEM and ODM programs MOQ starts at 500 units per SKU. Smaller pilot runs can be discussed for first orders — tell us your target volume in the message field.
How long is your lead time?
Stock SKUs ship in 7 – 14 days from PO. Custom OEM orders run 30 – 45 days from approved sample. Peak season (March – June) can extend lead times by 5 – 10 days; we always confirm a binding date in the proforma invoice.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Stock-spec samples are available at unit price plus freight. Custom samples require a tooling fee that's credited back against your first production order. Sample lead time is typically 10 – 18 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy is standard. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for orders over USD 50k, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers. PayPal accepted for sample orders only.
Which incoterms do you support?
FOB Shanghai or FOB Ningbo by default. CIF, CFR, DDP, and EXW are all available on request. We work with major freight forwarders weekly and can quote door-to-door for most destinations within one business day.
Can you build to our brand and spec?
Yes — that's our OEM / ODM program. Logo, packaging, manual, voltage, refrigerant, capacity range, and remote layout are all configurable. ODM engineering changes (chassis, panel, control board) start from 1,000-unit programs.
